tough circumstances, it is important to show compassion towards derelicts and provide assistance whenever possible. Society must unite to deal with the fundamental problems that lead to dereliction, in order to create a more inclusive society. By providing resources, raising awareness, and advocating for change, we can hope to improve the lives of these disadvantaged citizens.
